Women's Circle
Are you looking for a circle of women? Do you have a desire to dive deeper with yourself and get to know other women from this place? Are you wanting a safe space to breathe and listen to your inner voice? This may be the group for you!
I have been offering a women’s group for the past 6 years. During the pandemic, it was a lifeline for those of us that continued to meet online, myself included. I’m offering a circle this time. A circle is confidential among its members, is not judgmental, and is focused on deep, spiritual connection and support among its members.
A women’s circle is more intentional, focused on internal and external growth and connection. It is a purposeful gathering to build community, listen openly, and feel safe. In other words, “a women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen.”
The group is open to all women, including women who have been in one of my previous groups. Everyone is welcome! This is not a therapy group where I am leading the growth, we all participate.
Each session we will come together around a particular theme that we have chosen and share our thoughts and experiences. Using meditation, journaling, group discussion, and self awareness exercises in a safe and supportive circle, we learn to listen to our deepest knowing, identify steps to support ourselves, and reconnect to stillness and passion in all areas of our lives.
Starting Fall 2024 and meeting twice a month on Mondays from 8:30-10am PST. $50/month, with a 3 month minimum. Email me at holly@graceuntethered.com for more info.
